Which languages can I use when I call?
English or Spanish, on the phone and at the door. Calpe has residents from 99 countries, so if neither is comfortable for you, a WhatsApp message with a photo and your location pin usually says enough.
Is the phone really answered at night?
Yes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, fiesta week included. Being reachable at three in the morning is not the same as being at your door in ten minutes, so you are told honestly when someone can get to you before anyone sets off.
Do you cut or copy keys?
No. We do not cut, copy or supply keys of any kind, and we do not work on car keys. On vehicles we only open the door when the keys are locked inside.
How is the price worked out?
It depends on the door, the lock and the time of day. You get the figure on the phone, before anyone travels, and an itemised invoice at the end.
I live in Benissa, Moraira or Xàbia. Do you come out?
